We ran into this place by coincidence. We had the Caprese, açaí ball, the three cheese Italian. It was all fresh and tasty! Coffee was awesome, as well as the smoothies! Women owned business will come back again for sure! 👍

This place was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, organic, and thoughtfully prepared. This will definitely become one of my new favorite spots to visit regularly. I highly recommend giving it a try — you won’t be disappointed. The two women who own the café are truly wonderful, and they’ve done an incredible job creating such a great experience.
I’ve lived in this area for years, and today was my first time stopping in during a walk — so glad I did! The service was amazing from the moment I walked in. I had a ton of questions about ingredients, and everything was answered with real enthusiasm. I love that so many of their products are farm-to-table, sourced from farms just a few miles away. I’ve been to plenty of smoothie chains, and they’re usually overly sweet or taste like straight juice — this was completely different. You can tell they genuinely care about quality. I even watched one of the co-owners make my smoothie, and their passion really shows. It’s a small spot, but they truly care about their product and their customers. I grabbed a punch card and can’t wait to come back to try more (definitely getting a bowl next time!). Also — the confetti muffin with cream cheese filling was HUGE and delicious.
The girls here are always so sweet and the smoothies are amazing!! Love how fresh everything is, their protein bites are also delicious highly recommend if you’re in the Manchester area!
Fresh Chef has become one of my favorite places in Manchester. Everything I’ve had has been fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. It’s one of those places that makes healthy eating easy because the food actually tastes great. My favorite is the Pink Paradise smoothie. If you stop in, do yourself a favor and try it. I was hooked after my first one! Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business.
The smoothies are delicious and beautiful. The staff is wonderful and friendly. My friend and I arrived 3 minutes before they closed (there was a discrepancy with the listed hours in Apple Map and their actual hours), and without hesitation or attitude they made us amazing smoothies and sent us home with yummy peanut butter energy snacks. Absolutely worth the 1.5 hour drive. I will definitely be returning.
